… from the land of ice and snow

A friend of mine had said that Thunder Bay was Canada’s best-kept secret. It’s a treasure trove of sites and scenery and we have a great community of riders sharing all their knowledge and experience. Many of these sites won’t be found in your local tourist magazine but they would be a shame to miss. So I borrowed a line from Zeppelin for the title and set out to showcase some of the local rides and sites.

Thanks to all the mentors and veterans who passed these rides along to the rest of us.

* I’ve only posting pictures of the destinations. The rides to the places are great and full of scenery but if I stopped and took a picture of every great spot on the trip I’d never get any riding done.

I like the layout. Now if only I could get my shit together and join you and John on the road… sigh.
